The state of Utah is being sued over a deadly tour bus crash near Bryce Canyon National Park. Four people died and all other passengers were hurt, some with serious injuries. The lawsuit claims the remote highway it crashed on was unsafe for large vehicles due to its design and there were no warning signs posted.
Four further lawsuits have been filed against the tour bus operator which was partly at fault according to a NTSB investigation.
