Sunvil takes on Dolphin Dynamics’ bookings management technology
Sunvil is to implement Dolphin Dynamics’ booking management module within its retail travel division in a bid to cut time-consuming admin.
It is also taking on Dolphin’s automated booking capture and invoicing tools for its tour operating activities.
The technology will automate Sunvil’s pricing, reporting, customer profiling, accounting and document production functions, and will interface with Galileo in order to import customer and booking data.
Sunvil operations director Chris Wright said: “Dolphin will enable us to run our retail operation far more efficiently, and by reducing time-consuming administration activities we can spend more time servicing our customers.â€
