I am looking for some willing business travellers to kindly complete a short questionnaire on customer relationship management and the airline industry.
I am in the middle of completing a thesis on CRM in the airline industry, with the emphasis on the business travel market and would like some honest business travellers opinions. I am seeking to establish whether major airlines are doing enough to keep business travellers loyal and whether airlines need to improve their customer relationships.
