The top agencies in the 370-branch Travelcare network have been chosen.
Branch of the Year 2004 went to the chain’s outlet in Bitterne, Southampton. The agency was also voted top branch in the South West region.
The awards by the independent agency chain are based on a number of factors including custmer service and performance.
Travelcare’s Hull branch secured second place with the Mansfield branch coming in third. Branches in Hedon and Scunthorpe were joint winners for best customer service.
