WorkAdvisor launches rating scheme for travel companies

WorkAdvisor has launched a scheme where travel companies can earn status based on reviews posted by their employees.

Employees will be invited to rate their company on sociability, motivation, career development, job security, salary and whether they would recommend it as a good place to work.

WorkAdvisor will collate the data and feed it back to the travel company.

The rating can be promoted internally, on job advertisements or at career fairs.

Several travel companies have already signed up for the ‘Employee Rated Company’ scheme and WorkAdvisor is confident more will follow.

"It will show that companies are open and welcome feedback and it demonstrates to job seekers that they are well rated by their staff," said WorkAdvisor founder Philip Price.

"We know that 76% of employees will consult reviews on companies if they are available, so Employee Rated Companies will build trust in their brand and have a competitive edge, particularly during these times of near full employment when it can be a struggle to attract new talent."

Companies can find out more about the WorkAdvisor scheme by contacting WorkAdvisor on 02380 986171 or www.workadvisor.co.uk/employer/
