Worldspan has appointed Kevin Ficco as vice-president of Airline Distribution and Business Development.

After 12 years in Worldspan’s Worldwide Business Services and Strategic Planning division, Mr Ficco will move to Worldwide Travel Supplier Services division to head a team that is implementing Worldspan’s new pricing model.

Mr Ficco will be in charge of developing business strategies with Worldspan’s global airline customers.

Worldwide Travel Supplier Services vice president and general manager, Vela McClam-Mitchell said: “With his long experience in travel distribution, Kevin is well prepared to support our e-commerce and travel agency partners by ensuring access to the full range of airline products and services they need”.
